Can.
I like the lightness of this brew and the delicate use of flavors. This combines nicely with the low ABV base brew. The green tea does not overpower and the hop selection and use melds everything together into a clean and balanced brew.
Light and crisp, easy drinking, soft but not overshadowed flavors. Refreshing.

it was obvious to me that this can had been sitting around a little bit, not at its max freshness, but its awfully unique still, just with a little bit of a hop fade to it, where it goes a little bitter and the malt comes up a bit, just slightly stale in that way, the bartender told me these werent selling real well, but i liked it a lot anyway. the green tea is really strong here, at least as strong as the hops, and i like that, its not subtle, its a major flavor addition. natural, dried, bitter, botanical, relatively intense, and perfect with the citrusy hops in here, grapefruit and orange peel in the nose, a little more lemon and lime in the taste, very much dry hopped, but bitter too because of the tea. i wish it was a little less malty, its not as drinkable as its abv suggests it should be, but that could be a product of its age as well. hearty, asian flare with the tea, grounded and earthen, herbal too though, different and with a nice hop and tea back and forth. my first beer from baxter here is an intriguing on, nice with heavy foods, robustly flavored, and overall really tasty. i will look forward to drinking more of their stuff next time i am out this way!

This listing says "Fourth anniversary release" from 2015. I have a new version, apparently, from 2017, not listed elsewhere here, in a 12 oz can and listed at 5.5% ABV rather than 4.20 (this one looks like it's a 16oz-er).
Nice bottle with drawing of a fish (koi?) on it. Pours an opaque light straw color, light with no visible carb bubbles. Head is 1/2 inch, very frothy bubbles that hang around longer than you might think. Aroma is citrus-y, slight hops. Not very strong.
Taste is hoppy, slight citrus and pine... no, it's not pine, it's tea. Has a grainy-taste, without sweet of malt. Hops give it an earthy flavor, with no bitter bite. Alcohol is completely hidden in the taste. Sessionable, no kick-back. This is a very well balanced "tea beer," and it works. Something you likely never had. Me neither.

The green tea part of the beer was fine, but the ipa base was stale and harsh.
