Pours a clear yelow, very litttle head.
Smell is yeasty with notes of apple, lemongrass and lemon peel.
Taste has a bit of yeastiness along with Trocadero and lemongrass.
Mouthfeel is medium and sprakly.
Overall, an interesting asian fusion take on a saison. Pretty good...
