This beer was so divine I forgot to take tasting notes, as I thought I'd already rated it, but apparently that was an even older, pre-release vintage.
This puppy was fluffy and super old world in expression, with excellent levels of oak, funk, and resinous aged hops. It served as a mighty fine contrast to a refined 3F Golden Blend, as it was more like a regular OG in comparison, while also exhibiting no unusual off-notes or quirks you might get in American attempts at gueuze.
This truly is a stunning execution inspired by the style.
Plus, what a helluva round of beers for me to reach 6000 reviews here on BeerAdvocate!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
