Heck yeah, coffee porter! On tap in Meridian. Pours a mostly opaque dark brown with light showing in the edges; minimal off-khaki head and lacing. Coffee is prominent in the nose with nutty notes and roasty malt character. Taste follows, nutty coffee with a complementary roasted malt bill; there are notes of chocolate mocha and even dark caramel around the edges with hints of sweetness, but this is almost ALL cold-pressed coffee without any acrid bitterness. Nice stuff.

Taster at HHH. Pour is nothing out of the ordinary. Aroma and taste feature the coffee prominently. While im not normally a coffee beer guy, this one had a nice feel, and the balance between coffee and roast malts is near perfect.
