Gold in color with a somewhat hazy complexion. There’s a half inch of creamy off white on top. Light, soapy lacing. The aroma is of lemon and lime hops. I’m tasting lime and lemon hops. The mouth is dry and crisp.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has an orange color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is tangerines, mango, malts, a touch of limes. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

Look: Pours a burnt orange hue with a thick khaki-colored head.
Smell: Citrus fruits - I’m getting oranges, grapefruit, and lemon. Also floral aromas circling the fruit, really nice blend.
Taste: Similar to the nose - citrus fruits, pine, and has a sweetness to it that I wasn’t expecting.
Feel: Light to medium, carbonation actually felt a little light to me considering the amount of head on this.
Overall: A decent juicy IPA. Melvin has much better stuff than this though.

Great color and head. A good ipa but needs more citrus and more hops in my opinion. I really like most Melvins but I don’t think this one is a keeper.

12 FL. OZ. can
Served in an IPA glass
This beer pours a deep amber hue. Suspended yeast is visible. It is topped with a few inches of tan head that leaves rings of lacing as I consume.
It has a sweet aroma along with some citrus and a slight medicinal smell.
Citrus with a slight medicinal flavor. Some pine in the finish.
Medium bodied with a smooth, yet effervescent mouthfeel
I have like the Melvin beers that I have tried in the past. This one was not as good.

Yuck, really wanted to like this beer. They are a local brewery. Not absolutely terrible but not something I'll will be spending $12.00 on. It's got some weird after taste that is hard to distinguish.

Another one from the variety 12 pack. Wish they had more dating/legible dating system for these.
Pours a light amber color. Thinnish 1/5" white head. Doesn't do the clarity thing. Cloudy not hazy. Given the commercial tug job about how clear beer can be juicy, it left me wondering, so you said there would be clear beer? Fail. Moderate amount of hops. Getting mostly Citra from it. There's also a light woody caramel maltiness in the nose (and appearance). For having Mosaic and Strata, they come in as extreme minority fringe to quote Canada's dictator resident wuss.
Taste imparts a heavier than average malt bill with mostly Citra hops still. Those orange caramels. Its drinking like it is a juicy hazy to some degree, so I can't say they completely missed what they were going for. Just 2 of the 3 hops seem to play almost no role. Bitterness seems around 50ibu. Alcohol is right on 7% in terms of feel. Light sweetness to it. Really would like to see what this beer can do if Mosaic and Strata show up, on paper it sounds delicious.
