16oz can pours nearly-clear pale straw with a large white head. Aromas and flavors are very balanced; malty, clean, floral, mild citrus, low bitterness, nice body. Very drinkable.

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Golden pour with a small foamy head. Hoppy, floral aroma. Taste features a nice malty opening followed by some piney, grassy hoppiness with only mild bitterness. Hard to believe it has 0 IBUs

another awesome melvin brew in a really cool pint can. this one is a pretty textbook cold ipa, one of the best ive had during this recent trend, a direction i like in the hoppy style. they arent all this low bitterness, but i get the idea here, make a crisp and drinkable, dry hop forward ipa type that has all the aroma and flavor of the hazy ones but is way more drinkable, they executed that brilliantly in this beer. nice and clear golden with a super airy but only short white head, huge bubbles, soda style. aroma is canned peaches, fresh pineapple, tangerine, and something a little herbal and sweet, verbena and honey, elderflower and agave, pretty interesting, the hops and grain working together right away, freshness absolutely on point, just a little flattering alcohol too. the flavor is super fruit forward, bold as can be without being green or bitey or tasting like pellets, right to that saturation point, pale malt sweetness sort of generic backing up all the hops, but it presents as balanced if uninteresting on that side. the cold part is cool, its short of crisp with the residual sugar, but the ferment is invisible and the beer shuts down pretty quick anyway, a hoppy wash left on the palate after each drag. pineapple, orange, zesty meyer lemon, white peach and white tea at temperature, minerals help dry it out too, overall just delicious, drinkable, and ahead of the curve in this newly hot style. bravo! way up there on the all time melvin list for me, which is saying a lot!
