Pours a clear golden amber color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is excellent as is lacing. Has a bready and somewhat grassy aroma with a hint of apple. Bready and herbal taste with some apple juice at the end. Mild bitterness. Somewhat dry. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
