Pours a somewhat hazy golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is good. Aroma of Belgian yeasts, hay, peppercorn, and coriander. On the taste, I get a somewhat juicy citrus rind with coriander and a little farmhouse funk. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. This is a tasty Belgian drink.
