A: Mayhem is a clear golden colored beer with a small white head with minimal retention and minimal lacing.
S: Tons of honey some bready malt, a little bit of graham, and some light grassy hops.
T: More honey, it really was in the forefront, sort of reminded me of honey combs or honey nut cheerios. There was a little bit of bready malt and a light sweetness.
M: Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O: A solid beer, the 30lbs of honey used was pretty evident.
