Had on tap at Thai Me Up. Review from notes.
A: Red Castle is a dark reddish/brown with a small off-white head on top. Moderate retention, leaving a thin cap on top and thin lacing all around.
S: A fruity aroma, some grapefruit, and red fruit, less malt forward compared to Rusty's Red. A bit of sugary toffee and caramel.
T: Lots of grapefruit and citrus with just a touch of caramel and toffee.
M: Medium bodied with low carbonation. Nice and smooth from the nitro.
O: Almost a flip from Rustys Red. Much more hop forward.
