Had on tap at Thai Me Up. Review from notes.
A: Dark brown/black with some slight reddish hues with a small khaki head on top with moderate retention and nice lacing.
S: Nice sour/tart aroma upfront. Some light cherries and a little red wine. There is a little roast and chocolate as well.
T: The cognac comes through a bit more on the flavor profile. The sourness is cut a little from the aroma, but it is still present with a little bit of funk. Cherries and more chocolate.
M: Medium bodied with light to medium carbonation.
O: A pretty good BA sour, sort of reminded me of Tart of Darkness.
