We poured in 168 pounds of Apricots in a 15-barrel batch. Named Aladdin because the variety of barley that was used for the base malt in this brew is named Genie.

Enjoyed a bottle of this at a recent bottle share. This beer from Funkwerks is big on the apricots for sure. Overall, a decent saison infused with apricots.

enjoyed at a share this past weekend - good Saison from Funkwerks. the mouth feel was spot on and it reminded me of several great Saisons. I just wish the apricots were more prevalent. almost a home run.
