750mL bottle dated 5/5/16 poured 8/22/16 into a pair of Duvel glasses. Massive head even at fridge temp, mostly clear straw color, small stream of bubbles. Head eventually resides to a splotchy layer of foam with much lacing. Floral hop nose with saison yeast is restrained. Taste is citrusy saison with a mild bitter and hint of pineapple, which according to the label was added in juice form, and bubble gum. Medium body and above average carbonation.
