I know I'm a sucker for the grape and brett combo if done well, so I thought this was pretty tasty and even more aromatic. Little sweet from grapes, pear and melon, little bitter from wood, brett and flowers, and little sour from oak, berries, and grapes, and little dry and vinous from the yeast and white wine. Delicate but well made, with flavors that won't last forever but enjoyable in the moment.

11/17/18 (Chicago): 1 oz pour into FOBAB taster glass. This offering won the Bronze medal for Wild Beer / Brett (non-acidic) category. Golden light pour, light bubbly carbonation. Sweet white wine and grape aroma, very nice. Sweet wine taste, somewhat dry mouth feel, crisp clean finish. Nice sweet taste and presence, excellent offering!
