Served in an over-sized snifter at Freshcraft in Denver.
The beer is a dark violet color. No head but has a small ring of very fine bubbles around the edges of the glass. Cloudy.
The aroma is very floral. In fact, the hibiscus element is very big here. Impressive as I would have pegged hibiscus as something that would be somewhat tough to rend real flavor/aroma from it. There are also notes of green pear.
Tastes quite peppery - black cracked peppercorns and funky yeast. Quite bitter on the finish.
I found this to be crisp with medium carbonation and a light body. This is enjoyable.

My favorite of all the samples.
It pours a dark cloudy copper color with a huge off-white head that sticks around forever and leaves beautiful lacing.
The aroma is very floral, with honeysuckle, hibiscus, orange blossom, and citrus peel. Nice backbone of toasted malt, biscuit and strong tropical hints of pineapple and pear.
The flavors have an underlying toasted malt of biscuit and toast with with tropical fruits like pear and pineapple, green banana and papaya. Funky barnyard notes and full floral hints subtly hit with rose petal, hibiscus, grass, and honeysuckle.
Very complex, floral, and interesting beer. A bit perfumy, but overall very good drink.
