Hello... funk.
What american saisons should be. Deep funky, earthy, rustic, dry and tart withand endlessly complex nose. Sweet pit fruit and bitter orange, peppery bite, soft middle with a crisp finish. Medium light in body. No alcohol to speak of. Great.
