Taster at brewery. Light amber pour with small, soft off-white head. Weak malty notes in the aroma and taste. On target for the style, but kind of bland.

Had on-tap at CRBC in Portland, OR. Poured a light coppery orange color with a nice off-white head that left nice lacing towards the top of the glass, though less lacing towards the bottom as the head receded. Had an aroma of sweet malts and light floral hops. Taste followed the nose and this ESB was really a very nice blend of hops and malts. Very smooth.
Mouthfeel was medium with a very smooth finish. Light carbonation. Pretty enjoyable, though nothing spectacular. Still recommended.

First had: on tap at their brewpub
Poured a chestnut color with amber hues, and a nice fluff of white head for a sampler-sized pour. Not too much in the aroma, malts and grains, light floral hops. Smooth on the palate, mild and calmly bitter, good for the style. Sugary malts, light caramel, nutty, floral, gently hopped (Fuggles?) for a earthy finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Light-medium body, smooth but not extremely flavorful, but moderately drinkable overall.
