On tap at Radio Social in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear golden light amber, with a small head, and a good amount of lacing.
This smells just like I want this style to be- some spicy and grassy hops, a bit of nicely bready malt, a little earthy, with no sweetness on the nose.
The taste is similar. I need more awesome local pilsners! It's hoppy, but not overly so, with spicy and grassy hop flavors, and nicely supportive bready malt backbone that never gets too sweet.
This is crisp and light bodied, but still nicely full for the style. I could drink this all day.
This is awesome, and one of the best local lagers I've ever had.
