On tap at the brewery
Into a tulip
A: dark golden yellow, very hazy, little to no head but what is there is bright white and leaves some lacing
S: lots of heat and some citrusy notes, pineapple/peach/mango, really does smell like peach salsa. Pretty awesome
T: piney hops, habanero like peppery heat, subtle tropical fruits. Really tasty.
M/D: Full body, carbonation on the lower end but appropriate, drinkability is good
O: interesting, unique and enjoyable. Well done.
