On tap at Westbrook
A: black with less 1/2 fingers tan head, dissipates quickly, leaves a small amount of lacing 4.25
S: cherries, chilies, coffee, chocolate, awesomeness 4.5
T: delicious, lots of chocolate, coffee, vanilla bean, and some chili heat; next comes the cherry, it's more tart cherries then sweet, and plays on the base beer flavors nicely; like with the regular the heat builds as it warms 4.25
M/D: full bodied but not really thick, ABV is well controlled but there's a significant throat burn from the peppery heat, carbonation appropriate, drinkability is good 4.25
O: very good, but I think I actually like the regular MC better 4.25
