Poured in snifter, room temp from the tap at the brewery.
L: oily, no head retention, burgundy,coats the glass
S: stings the nostrils. Bourbon, chocolate.
T: bourbon heat, dark chocolate, small amount of coconut sweetness, ends with spicy habanero
F: oily, but not too thick
Excellent rendition of cake, got one of the last pours of this delicious rarity.

Sampled at CBC 2016 - day 2. One of the best beers of the show, for me. Toasted coconut, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, bourbon goodness, followed by a very pleasant chili pepers heat. Smooth mouthfeel, great aroma and perfect taste notes that unfold with each sip.
