This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a golden amber color with a flimsy white foamy head that slid off at a nice pace. Light lace, sliding really quick. The aroma had a good dose of sour to play with some sweet straw/grassy/hay-like features and then a light vinous quality about it. Light floral, subtle herbal and a little bit of punch of a light funk. The flavor blended the sour to the funk somewhat nice with a sweet herbal sort of tone coming out to guide into the aftertaste and run into the finish. The feel was almost medium bodied, seemed just a touch under with a good sturdy sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine, somewhat low with a good ABV about it. Overall, pretty nice wild ale worthy of more pours.

Enjoyed the way this tied Brett funkiness, dry oak wine flavors, and fresh grass aromas all together. Dry hopping was apparent even after a year in the bottle.
Look - prolly the worst thing about this beer. No real head to speak of. Slightly bubbly.
Smell - grass and tropical fruit. Funk.
Taste - tart and funky, but not sour. Hops balance out the funk and work w/ the oak and wine flavors. Not overly complex, but all flavors work together well.
Feel - not overly carbonated. Dry finish leaves lingering oak aftertaste.
Overall - extremely enjoyable. Wish they made more.
