-Spiegelau ipa glass.
A: Deep orange has a O.J. haziness. A quick paced and steady show of effervesce. Big frothy cream head is steady atop with a clingy ring lacing.
S: Fresh lemon squeeze scent, tart oranges, lightly dry with a touch of wet grassiness. Dry grainy finish with an ordinary strength, probably one of the only glaring weak points of this beer.
T: Spicy lemon-lime and citrus hops burst on the opening sip, delivering a sharp bite along with some juicy oranges and tropical notes. Big juicy flavor component, before proceeding to some tart citrus and sour whiskey alcohol notes and grapefruit. Grassy hops from the amarillo, along with some citra-peach highlights, perhaps from the yeast, along with some wet lemony hops. Final of semi-dry citra hopping and grassiness.
M: Juicy resin mouthful, grapefruit juice like, medium body with a smooth tart character and light carbonation factor.
O: A very good show and blend of the Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Lots of sticky juicy hop resins, before succeeding to a dry hop fade. Citra-grassiness, tropical with a big sharp hop bite on the open along with a juicy mouthful.

Pours a hazed gold with 2 fingers of pearl colored head. Nice head retention & lacing
S: grapefruit & mango
T: Follows the nose, tangerine &dryness as well up front. Orange peel, a little grassiness & dryness as this warms, a little mango as well. Finishes with & sweet citrus & a little grassyness
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation, pretty good balance
A nice IPA, pretty drinkable
