L: Had this beer on-tap at Westbrook's tasting room, poured into a taster. Had a golden yellow color and a hazy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: A good, but not spectacular, aroma of coconut, citrus fruit, malt, and vanilla.
Tasted of a moderate amount of malt (present throughout), a good shot of vanilla (a nice sweetness), a fair amount of coconut (less than expected), and some citrus fruit as well (lemon, in particular). A solid, but not entirely successful, flavor. It has a tart, sweet quality, but it's almost too subtle. Still, it's a likable flavor.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but it has its bright spots. Worth a look.
