A: Pours a crystal clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering approximately 95% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with very light amounts of grainy sweetness and light to moderate aromas of spicy + earthy + floral + grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with very light amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of spicy + earthy + floral + grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which does not linger for too long.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a nice crisp + refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and sessionable.
