On tap into a snifter. Very hazy yellow color with a medium white head. The aroma was medium intensity with tropical notes and some pineapple. The taste followed for the most part. The beer was good but it seemed restrained. It lacked the punch of fruit that I expect in bigger hazy IPAs.

Canned 05/31/19.
Nice hazy golden yellow. The head rises up in a frothy two finger crown above the beer, with cascading terrain of lace left behind in its wake.
The nose is pleasant and unique, with aromas of tangerine, white grape, and pineapple. Softer undertones of tropical fruit and mildly bitter hops cut through nicely.
The flavors are similar to the nose for the most part, but with much more of a hop prominence. Strong notes of pine and a spiced earthiness surround tangerine on the palate as the predominant fruit influence. It’s bitter and pleasantly numbing in the finish, to the point where I almost wish it was a bit softer.
Soft mouthfeel to a medium-bodied beer, with a low carbonation that compliments that residual bitterness on the tail. Mildly warming and boozy as it goes down.

L - 2-finger stay forever bright-white head atop a juicy orange body.
S - cotton candy, orange slices, wood/pine earthiness.
T - mild cotton candy is washed over by tons of citrus. Low bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - this is Azacca done right.
