L: Had this beer on-tap at Westbrook's tasting room, poured into a taster. Had a pale, milky yellow color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, very long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: An interesting aroma of tropical fruit, rye, hops, malt, Belgian yeast, and citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of a bit of rye (a little goes a long way), a moderate amount of hops (not overdone), a good shot of citrus fruit (lemon, orange), light malt notes, a decent amount of Belgian yeast, and some tropical fruit (pineapple). An odd, yet endearing flavor. Kind of cross between a saison and an IPA. Strange, but light and tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An oddball beer, but one worth checking out.
