Opaque deep gold, fluffy white two fingers of foam; long cap retention and heavy lacing. Mango, papaya, orange nose; a little onion as it warms. Taste follows nose; lightly bitter; fruity. Medium minus body, moderate carbonation; no astringency. Overall there’s a good fruity finish with a lite bitter linger; very enjoyable.

The appearance is slightly darker than I’ve come to expect from the NE style. It very much like pulpy thick orange juice with 3 fingers of white head resting on top. Delicious bold aromas of nectarines, pineapples, oranges, and an earthy tone. Taste follows exactly with a nice little hop bite and some bitterness to the finish. Possibly a little alcohol in that bitterness as well. Mouthfeel is lighter than expected, slightly lighter than medium. Smooth, soft, and I can’t make up my mind if it’s the alcohol tickling my throat or the hop bite. Either way it’s a really good beer and a nice introduction to the rinse and repeat series. I don’t know much about the individual hops, but together they combine to make some good juice.

Can’t read the canned date, will update next time I work and can check a different can.
Hazy golden yellow, with a fairly thin, frothy head that rises about an inch above the beer. Good, even layers of lace cling to the inside of the glass.
Grassy, floral hops hit immediately with a mild bitterness, balanced nicely but a subtle tropicality characterized by a predominance of lychee, apricot, and pineapple.
Again, a grassy hop predominance leads the way here. Clearly a more bitter, dryer profile than the nose, with an abundance of white grapes, underripe pineapple, and lychee. Not too much bitterness lingers in the finish.
Medium-light bodied, with a fairly soft carbonation to contrast a mostly dry mouthfeel. Bitterness lingers in the finish, with a touch of warmth down the hatch.
