Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark black with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light lacing and thin wisps.

S - Big aromas of chocolate fudge brownies. Super gooey fudge. Nice light cinnamon and baking spices. The vanilla is pleasant, the pepper heat is subtle spice.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with tons of dark chocolate and ballers chocolate. Great layers of chocolate, sweet and dark, good Belgian chocolate as well. The vanilla is lovely along with really good cinnamon too. The pepper heat is excellent with really good lingering spice notes.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, smooth, creamy, little silky. No discernable alcohol.

O - Overall this was a very, very good stout. The chocolate was just lovely and deep. Really amped up regular ol Mexican Cake. Awesome!

Thanks to rudzud
Pours a thicker but small dark rich head with lower retention, little lacing, thick pitch black beer with good legs

Nose super fudgey chocolate cocoa, layers of dark chocolate, ganache, fudge, etc, loads of vanilla as well, caramel, nougat, mild baking spices, very sweet cake icing, light cinnamon, tons of chocolate

Taste starts like normal Mexican cake with big cinnamon, dark chocolate, and light spicy peppers, turning to hot pepper spice, big cocoa, dark chocolate, light baking spices, tons of vanilla again, with a little vegetal pepper even, sweet chocolate cake and icing, fluffy creamy rich, little caramel chocolate candy bar, light bitterness, a little nutty

Mouth is fuller bod, rich chewy creamy chewy like, medium carb, light alcohol but big pepper heat

Overall awesome beer, even with all the great extra cocoa and vanilla still nice cinnamon and loads of pepper
