Canned 08/28/19.
A great golden-orange pour, not completely opaque but clearly a hazy offering. The head is heavy and frothy, rising about two fingers above the beer. Patterns of lace dance around the inside of the glass.
The nose is great, with the vanilla combining alongside mango & pineapple for a sweet sorbet symphony. There’s a touch of grassy hops on the back end that serves as a nice contrast.
Again, getting more of that sorbet essence. Sweet vanilla and mango take the forefront, with mildly bitter grapefruit and a return of those grassy hops bringing up the rear. Really great balance. I initially said my second favorite from the series so far after Peach, but as it warms a little and that vanilla really shines, I gotta say this one takes the title.
Soft, still retaining a low carbonation but with a clear influence from the addition of that lactose. Some residual stickiness and a touch of hoppy spice hitting you on the finish.

look: Hazy peach, fat foamy off white head on the pour. Thick lacing that leaves some messy remnants.
smell: inviting vanilla, bright tropical fruit.
taste: creamy vanilla with light helping of fruit.

L: Murky, yellowish, very typical for milkshake style ipa
S: Bold tropical aroma's, hints of citrus, hint of sweet vanilla
T: First flavor you get is mango, papaya, a bit of pinapple that gives way to a melding of grapefruit and tangerine followed ever so closely by vanilla and orange that gives a slight orange creamsicle finish followed by medium bitter pithiness
F: This has a very smooth, full mouthfeel
O: This is outstanding.
