Evil Twin/Westbrook collab OFYMD Maple Bourbon BA Imperial Stout, 12.8% ABV. Pours black and thin with a slight ring of brown bubbles. Aroma is faint maple. Taste is maple, coconut, slight bourbon, coffee, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, slight bourbon burn. Everything slight. Light carbonation, overall very good. Not having had this fresh I can't say for sure, but based on other reviews this seems to have fallen off.

PiƱa colada meets maple syrup. Pineapple. The coconut is still present. Maple finish. Sweet. Black with ruby edges. Flecks of coconut floaties. Some warmth from abv. Thick, but not adjuncty, body. Slick feel. This beer held up well two years in my chiller.

L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a coal black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. Not much lacing here.
S: A sweet and enticing aroma of chocolate, maple syrup, roasted malt, coconut, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of lot of maple syrup (not cloying, but certainly a big factor), a tinge of tropical fruit (pineapple, in particular), a good amount of roasted malt (present throughout, though subtle), a hint of coconut (sweet, but a little fleeting), and some chocolate as well. This is a complex, big, and likable flavor. Quite tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a silky smooth finish. Medium- to full-bodied.
O: A well done and easy to like stout. Drinkable.
