Picked up a 16 oz can from Green's Discount Beverage in Greenville, SC 11-16-21 for $4.62. Canned 9-3-21; consumed 3-24-22. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured black with a very nice brown head that has some nice hang time.
Nose is coconut adjunct forward and not much else.
Taste follows the nose where the coconut dominates the flavor profile. I think the malt base is medium roasted malts but not sure. Finishes with enough hopping to tone down the coconut sweetness.
Mouthfeel is awesome, full bodied and extremely smooth.
Overall a little too sweet but there are some nice qualities in this brew that make it worth a shot if you are into pastry stouts.

Pours an oily pitch black with 2 fingers of mocha head quickly reducing to very spotty lacing. Aroma is fresh shaved coconut chocolate a burnt sugar. Taste follows suit with coconut on the front and a chocolate undertone. Feels very thick but is very one dimensional. Not much to this one. Decent beer, one is enough.
