Aged in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels for two years (twice our normal maturation time) and featuring more than twice the standard doses of coconut, toasted coconut, toasted almonds, cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla. For this variant, we added macadamia nuts and coffee.

This one pours a very dark and very creamy looking color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells pretty ridiculous, with lots of sweet nuttiness, vanilla cream, dark chocolate, caramel, bourbon, spicy oak, coconut candy, and molasses.
This is pretty sweet, but not overwhelming, as there’s a good amount of spicy and punchy barrel character – tobacco, caramel, nuttiness, etc, and it all melds with the added flavors – almond and coconut are the dominant flavor, with not much coffee in there a year on from bottling.
This is very creamy, with no hint at all of the booziness, and a nice drinkability.
This is intense, decadent, and delicious. Westbrook rarely fails for me.
