Poured from the can into a teku glass.
Deep dark mocha, with a frothy and snappy sounding head of two easily fingers. Soupy retention but slowly settles with a dark penciled collar of inky brown. Body is quite more on that brown angle, almost like a super dark brown fudge opaque and matte like looking quality. Real nice reams of dark brown carbonation on the sides as well, make for a real nice visual treat.
Appetizing aroma, of dark chocolate, graham and chocolate wafer cookie notes, and even roast coffee. Hits with some molasses notes as well to dial down some of the sweet scents coming off. Impressively sensing bold and rich but without going haywire or out of control.
Very fun and enjoyable impressive palate on first sip. Light touch of carbonation, which is just dialed down enough without being too gaseous, but cuts through this thick wedge of giant flavors. Rich dark chocolate with a cake like flavor. Shaved chocolate and crumbling dark cookie pie like crust flavors in the mid palate with a controlled sweetness that is flavored more in a soft marshmallow, than an icing sugar richness.
Real neat flavored stout that is more so in the cookie darkness realm, than the fudge, but still comes with exceptional rewards.

A - Black pour with dense toffee colored lacinmg on top and light carbonation popping on top.
S - Smoky chocolate char, chocolate syrup, and oreo cookie.
T - Nice toasted chocolate malt, chocolate syrup, oreo cookies and cream, light smokiness and chocolate char on the back side. Some alcohol pokes through but overall is well hidden.
M - Big full body that's silky smooth and surprisingly not much warming in the back of the throat from the ABV. Finishes a little wet then quickly dries out.
O - Really enjoying this monster sipper of a beer.

Lives up to the billing. Plenty of chocolate and vanilla notes. Not as thick or big bodied as I would expect. Somewhat strong alcohol buzz on the back end.

Aroma opens with fudge and marshmallow, very alluring. Body opens with much the same, flooding mouth with a fudgy marshmallow essence followed by a bite of cacao and nice stout. Very great imperial stout!

A Tavour Treat. Pours a dark brown color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is sweet vanilla and roasted malts. Taste is sweet chocolate and caramel and a nice alcohol warmth. Enjoyable.
