Had at Brewvival. Served from tap into a sampler Brewvival imperial pint. Poured a deep brown with a one finger light tan head that subsided to a minimal amount slowly. There was no lacing evident throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, big citrus, bitter hops, and alcohol. The flavor was of sweet malt, big bitter hops, and alcohol. It had a medium feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a pretty good brew. Started my day off with this one (go big, or go home). The flavor was very well balanced with enough sweetness present to mellow out the alcohol enough to make it enjoyable. Defniitely big booze and hops on the aroma. A definite must try if they release this one outside of Brewvival.
