On-tap at Brewvival 2012
Looks like cloudy lemonade, with just a slight white ring. Funky, musty, and lactic, with lemon, rice wine vinegar, wheat, and tart apple aromas. Taste is super-sour and funky, with more rice, lemon, green apple, and yogurt. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp, with sharp carbonation. Such an amazingly weird and funky brew that completely defies classification. Too bad this "accident" won't likely be repeated :(

smell: sour, tart, lactic, rice, wheat,
taste: sour, complex, something unusual about this berliner,
mouthfeel: mild carbonation, medium body,

Had during Brewvival 2012! Served from tap into a Brewvival sampler imperial pint. Poured like lime juice in color with a minimal white head. Maintained decent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, rice, wheat, key-lime, and citrus. The flavor was of sweet malt, wheat, keylime, and intense citrus. It had a light feel on the palate with medium-high carbonation. Overall this was a pretty good brew. I'm going to be honest on this one... The citrus on this one was almost overpowering upon taking your first sip. It felt like I had just bit into a lime at first. Made a duck-face and everything... However, after this sip, your palate starts to adjust to this and it really becomes quite enjoyable. If you are a fan of lime or keylime this is a must try for you. If you are not, avoid at all costs. You have been warned. I loved it however as I am a big fan of keylime. Tick.
