Listed as the 2011 Belgian Quad from Westbrook, at Craftsmen Kitchen and Tap Room in Charleston.
A: pour brown with some redness, barely able to see through. Decent head with moderate lacing.
S: cinnamon-raisin toast (little more raisin), some sour notes.
T: starts like tart raisins, then some wine-grape notes, followed in the end with some hints of line.
M: not much, malt covering cut by the sourness of the lime taste.
O: initial taste knocked me back a little with its sourness. I initially didn't think the sweet raisin tastes mixed well with the sour end, but as I analyzed it didn't bothered as much. Not for those who don't like sourness in their beer, but worth a try if you don't mind it, and they make it (not sure of availability).
