Inspired by the traditional farmhouse beers of western Europe, this lively beer is a perfect compliment to a hard days work. Refreshing without being overwhelming.

Short notes, if I would have know no one had rated this beer before I would have taken more diligent notes and rated it sooner after I consumed it originally.
Consumed at Kalamazoo Beer Exchange.
A: fuzzy orangey, yellow beer. A faint ring of white-ish colored head that left no lacing.
S: predominantly yeasty with some spiciness. Bits of citrus and earthy tones
T: I thought it was a bit too sweet for a saison. Again pretty yeasty (a bit one sided... and not complex like saison should be). Hints of citrus.
M: light bodied, lowish carbonation. Semi-dry finish.
O: it was different but nothing special.
