Sasquatch Schnitzel is a Vienna-style lager brewed with specialty M3 Vienna malt and Ontario Sasquatch hops. This classic amber beer has notes of toasted bread and a hint of caramel, balanced with a combination of zesty noble hops and citrussy Sasquatch.

473ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for around $3.50 CDN. Canned October 18, 2023.
Appearance - Coppery colored brew with great clarity and a big three finger head that looks soft and pillowy. Good retention and some sparse lacing left behind.
Smell - Lots of graininess, with a bit of of a wet vegetable aroma too. Smells like fall.
Taste - Semi-bitter, with bready flavors throughout, a touch of rye bread and again some cooked vegetables on the background.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied and crisp with moderate-high carbonation and a satisfying finish.
Overall - A pretty solid Vienna lager, that I wouldn't hesitate to pick up again.

Grassy malt smells.
Toasted malt forward. Biscuit. Some fruit notes. Sweetish hop finish.
