Having this beer on tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, light to medium golden color with streams of little bubbles fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beer’s surface. Has a white head that is about 1/2 of an inch thick one first drawn and served. Had settles eventually to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface along with a nice film layer of surface foam. Aromas of some bready malts along with a hint of spice and some herbal, grassy, And just slightly earthy hops. A very similar flavor profile, with the bready malts along with A slight hint of spice out of the air for mentioned purple, grassy, slightly earthy, and slightly lemon citrus hops. An excellent balance of the different flavors going on here. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. An excellent representation of this beer style.
