Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. This beer draws a mostly clear, just slightly cloudy light to medium golden color. Head settles quickly to a thick white ring letting the inside of the glass at the beers surface and some decent lighting. Aromas of crisp, bready malts and some floral, herbal just lightly citrusy hops. A very similar flavor profile, with the bready, biscuity malts and and aforementioned hop notes that give A perfect amount of bitterness. This is well-balanced with a mallts and hops, and for dry pop flavor also comes through nicely and sits on my palate for a while for the aftertaste after each sip. Has a crisp, also smooth and clean, light to medium bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish.
