Hand-made Belgian blond beer, from high fermentation.
Tasted: Slight spicy and finely hopped aroma, with a small DMS-key and fruity / floral accent. Fruity sweet taste, very little bitter, somewhat spicy, with here also a small touch DMS (Dimethylsulfide) present. With a rather (sticky) sweet aftertaste and aftertaste.
Brewed for the Park of Chevetogne, a nature reserve of 600 ha. large, only available in the province of Namur.
