A 750ml bottle with a best before date of 29th January 2025. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy rusty dark orange colour with a big two finger dull orange-y beige head that had good retention and left lots of sticky lacing.
Aroma: Funky, barnyard, mango, orange peel, oak and citrus.
Taste: Funky, barnyard, lightly sour, citrus, lemon peel, lime, light sweetness, dried apricots, oak, earthy, citrus zest and spices, some light bitterness on the finish when cool, while there is light sweetness as it warms.
Mouthfeel: Dry, medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: I preferred the sweetness that came out of it as it warmed over the bitterness I tasted while it was still cool. It definitely doesn’t feel like 10% at all, as it drinks easily, however I don’t get any of the wine barrel that its supposed to be aged in.

Semi-shared 750ml.
Pour is hazy darkish orange with little fleck things. A thick and tall off-white head that retains very well at about a half-finger and leaves some substantial lace to boot.
Smells like dirty farmy sour citrus and green wine grapes. Some serious blood orange and tropical stinky cheese feet and a kind of strong earthy hop kick. Doesn't even really seem like a saison but it is quite the potent, wild, stinky scent.
Taste: Lots of tart, earthy, funky orange-lemon citrus and tropical fruit, and plenty of wine there as well. Again hops are quite the contributing factor. Again saison seems a bit lost. Funk isn't as...funky here, comes off as more of an intense sour citrus/wine/hop bomb.
Pretty intense tartness, kinda intense on the whole. Kind of a thinnish body for the ABV and packs a definite lil booze punch. Starts quite foamy but seems almost undercarbonated over time. Lots of tart/winy/hoppy ooomph, a sipper indeed.
Quite reminiscent of their soured IPA series (Sur citra/amarillo/simcoe etc.), but ups the ante and intensity at 10% and throws a pretty potent wine barrel in there as well. It's kinda over the top but admittedly delivers a ton of flavors and works as a fun-n-crazy kinda beer, almost too sour candy-ish though. I kinda do wish there was more in the way of saison and maybe funky qualities.

Pours golden-orange with a rather fast fading white head. Nose is light sour with citrus fruit and some stone fruit tones. Flavor follows nose with a sour citrus fruit, tropical fruit, and earth flavors. Lower carbonation but nice beer and worth tasting.

Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.
Pours a hazy golden-orange with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with citrus fruit, citrus zest, tropical fruit, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with sour citrus fruit, tropical fruit, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity and hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with a great mix of slightly sour citrus and tropical fruit characteristics.
Serving type: bottle.
