Golden color with a thick somewhat fluffy head with good retention and leaving good laces.
Sweet aroma with notes of peaches, distant smoke, yellow fruits, dough and sweet flowers.
Flavor with notes of Cointreau liquor drops, herbal and floral hops, white grapes, pear and peach juice, white bread, yellow fruits and lemon. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with somewhat effervescent carbonation.
Depending on how you see it, it resulted in an elegant brew or a Saison with less character, though quite fruity. It does not feel as attenuated as usual for style.
