A: Poured into a Duvel Tulip to a slightly hazy golden orange topped by a dense and rocky finger and a half of off white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of some nice spicy saison notes, orchard fruits, pears, white pepper, slight honey sweetness, and a little apple.
T: Taste is pears and orchard fruits up front with some light tartness, grape skin, hints of oak, slight vanilla, white pepper, slight spicy yeast, honey sweetness, and more orchard fruits. On the swallow this one is more pears and orchard fruits with a little more oak, bready malts, honey sweetness, and peppery spice.
M: This beer is on the heavier side of medium in body with a slightly slick and syrupy feel on the palate. Carbonation is effervescent but not prickly and it could stand to be a little higher. The beer has a drying finish which is quite nice.
O: Overall this beer is really nice. It has some great flavors and some really nice complexity which make it a pleasant drink. I just wish it was a touch thinner and had a little more carbonation. Still very well executed and well worth a try.

L) Pours a hazy amber with a very healthy off-white head. Good lacing.
S) The smell is intensely fruity, with some funk. You can get the pear and citrus, followed by white pepper, but I'm almost getting a ketchup kind of aroma (perhaps from sitting on this one too long).
T) The taste is crisp and cleaner than the aroma. There is definitely a mild pear-like sweetness, and the malt itself is very light and nectar-like. There seems to be a decent minerality present, and a very small hop profile that just lends an ever so slight resin aspect to the otherwise juicy and sweet flavors. I really love how the taste lingers.
F) Medium to low carbonation. The beer is very smooth with a crisp but wet mouth-feel.
O) Interesting and unique, I wish I tried it fresher.

This look juicy. Red oranges with a nice foamy and bubbly head that makes you wanna get right into it.
Smells of belgian yeast. Nothing else. Even though it shouts complexity to your nose, it doesn't get me turned on. Not a big fan of belgian yeast. But, that's a totally subjective opinion.
The taste is a different state of mind. Lots of sweet malt, followed but some fruit acidity. It says pears on the label. Might as well be pineapple or sweet nectarines. The finish is light, juice like feel.
Awesome, long after taste. Awesome beer.
One of the best saisons i've had.

On tap at CBC 2016. Pale yellow pour with a medium height white head. Peaches, pears and a subtle amount of farmhouse and brett funk.

-tap pour to a stemmed glass, deep orange with 1 cm of foam. Sticky lacing on glass. Nose has a whiff of Brett, the complex flavor blend includes sweet peach, pear and saison yeast. Finish is a bit sticky. I like this, but this is difficult to classify.

Poured from a 750ml bottle into the modified tulip glass.
A - Copper colored offering with nice clarity, a stubborn carbonation trail feeds cirrus style cap. The thin cap however
leaves ring after ring of lacing as an enticement.
S - Soft tones, gentle ripe pear, light oak toast, warm baguette lathered in honey, alpine cows milk, mature sunflower, blond tobacco, young mulch, absolutely delightful.
T - Lots of honey, aged citrus, and warm leather, Sauternes dessert, hints of caramel and toast, With a warm up there is dandelion, and lots of heather in the taste. This could go on forever! An aperitif or a dessert cordial so hard to to decide.
M - Every bit as viscous as needed and not a bit more. Thick in body and delightfully carbonated, The sweet element of the barrel are matched with the delicate use of pear. The sweetness moves slowly, deliberately to the side and lets a train of malts pass by. This is special. The palate responds in lustful, desire, longing.
O - What a stunner, just enough body without being overbearing, the slick wonderful feel, matched with an incredibly diverse and deep aromatic. The brewers here could almost boast. I suspect however that is not good style. This offering is worth seeking out
