Copenhagen 21/3 2019. 50 cl can from Mikkellers Webshop. Can looks like a sample from a vendor of industrial paint products. This time in Magenta.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as fat layer of creamy foam covering the surface of the beer fully. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is not without sweetness but dominated by a notable tart sourness. Citrus, lemon juice and tart, sour berries. Light sugary notes gives a little balance.
Light carbonation. Soft and slightly thick, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is on the sour side but with modest underlying sweetness. Lingers shortly.
A quite conventional beer for To Øl's Ms. Series. But well made and solid Berliner Weisse.

500 ml can into tulip glass, best before 6/21/2019. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwi, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, strawberry, dragon fruit, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwi, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light herbal/grassy bitterness, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwi, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, strawberry, dragon fruit, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, acidic/tangy/tannic, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a delicious fruited Berliner. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, strawberry, dragon fruit, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, not overly lactic. Great balance of juicy fruits, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color with a slight reddish tint and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a layer of bubbles covering most of the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of what I presume to be dragonfruit.
T: The taste is a lot fruitier compared to the smell and has flavors of strawberries with notes of dragonfruit and sourness. The dragonfruit gets stronger as the beer warms up.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting take on a Berliner Weissbier and the taste ends up having a good balance between the fruity flavors and sourness once it starts warming up.
Serving type: can

This one pours a dark and clear pink-ish color, with a big fluffy white head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like what I assume dragonfruit smells like, with very light strawberry, some weird peppery aroma, lemon, and grassiness.
This is ultimately fairly tasty and pretty drinkable, but just a bit too bland. Neither the fruit, nor the sourness really jump out here. There's more dragonfruit, and the strawberry feels a tad tepid. I want a more assertive tartness here- it's barely tart or sour.
This is light bodied, crisp, and fairly clean, and very drinkable- it definitely has that going for it.
To Ol has done better. This isn't their best.
