One in a series of mixed culture saisons fermented in stainless steel, blended with some oak aged beer and infused with various botanicals. This time using locally foraged wild chamomile, also known as pineappleweed. Packaged in cans to be consumed while fresh and vibrant. Canned with local raw honey for a natural carbonation.
