Low alcohol Biere de Table fermented with our house mixed culture, aged for 3 Months in oak puncheons and dry-hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh before packaging. This crushable and simple beer provides firm bitterness with mild acidity. Canned with local raw honey for a natural carbonation.

Copenhagen 10/9 2022. 44 cl can from Super Brugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Yellow can with a pink bar in To Øl’s usual Nature brand design.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as uneven, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a tart and funky scent. Peach and elder berries. Sour cheese and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Fine and fairly intense Table beer.
