Copenhagen 19/3 2022. 33 cl bottle from Irma Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Yellow label in the usual austere Broklde label design. This time in a sharply yellow version.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a malty odor supplemented by herbal and floral notes. Rosebuds and dandelion. Lemon and citrus. Whiff of humid cellar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour and herbal. A bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
