This is a tasty tribute to a beloved and iconic beer style - the India Pale Ale. The style goes 200 years back - has been through every spectrum of the flavor palette and had it’s ups and downs on the IBU scale. This time around we re-created a contemporary style IPA - basically the taste of the perfect IPA right now. Understated hop flavors, fruity and crisp. The future is now.

Very hazy opaque orange. Peach nose. Low head retention with just a lingering lacing on top. A little bit syrupy. Taste is peach, soft tropical fruits like mangos, strong hops. Great carbonation level.
Overall a very solid hazy, tropical IPA that doesn't try to be an orangesicle juice bomb. It has a little too much of that syrupy sweetness that plagues some IPAs in this style. Great drinkable IPA for summer at a moderate ABV.

12oz can poured in to a nonic glass. Batch #010.
Look- Hazy golden orange color. Largish off-white with great retention, solid lacing. Medium/light carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (orange, grapefruit and lemon), pineapple and mango, peach, a bit of melon, grainy malt, floral/grassy hop notes.
Taste- Similar to the aroma, juicy citrus and tropical fruit, ripe peach, grainy malt and faint pine, light bitter finish . Well balanced.
Feel- Lighter side of medium bodied, fairly sweet and slightly sticky. Moderate/light carbonation on the tongue.
O- A very solid IPA, I wish the mouthfeel was a bit heavier but no real complaints. Worth trying.

Presentation: 12 oz. can with a batch number on the bottom but no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master glass.
Appearance: The one finger head stays around for a little bit and leaves behind a thin foam ring and a lot of lacing in big patches all over the glass.
Smell: It's a fruity aroma of grapefruit, peach and pineapple. A hint of malty sweetness shows up in the background.
Taste: There's a big, fruity flavor of tangerine, peach and green grapes. Some floral notes and a touch of malt show up as it goes down.
Mouthfeel: It's very smooth and moderately light but there's substance, it's not watery at all. Carbonation is medium low.
Overall: An easy to drink beer with a lots of hoppy, fruit character.

The can has a very strong smell which is overtaking the smell and taste of the beer.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Shaker pint glass, there is no "best by" date that I can find.
APPEARANCE: pours a cloudy, straw color with one-finger off-white head that quickly dissipated until a thin, unbroken layer of small bubbles remained, there is significant lacing on the glass, medium carbonation.
SMELL: brown sugar, bread, flowers and tropical fruit.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet brown sugar then bread and tropical fruit like pineapple and mango.
PALATE: medium body and carbonation.
OVERALL: this is a very good beer, the name says it all, I would buy this again and would recommend to anyone who enjoys "modern" IPA.

L: Poured from a can to a pint glass. Had a golden yellow color and a hazy texture. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Fair lacing.
S: A good aroma of hops, citrus, malt, and caramel.
T: Tasted of a fair shot citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange), some light caramel notes, a hint of malt (in the finish), a lot of hops, and tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit). A fairly sweet, well-balanced flavor all around. Not overly hopped - definitely restrained by the presence of fruit. Tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a prickly finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: While this beer doesn't exactly break any new ground, it is well made. Very much drinkable.
